Return & Refund Policy
We will refund or exchange any item you are not entirely happy with if you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.
Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e unworn and with all of the labels and tickets attached. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
If you are unhappy with any of your purchased items, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the issue. We will do our best to correct the problem or else arrange for you to return it.
Returns must be made within 14 working days of receipt of order. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt. Please note we are unable to cover return postage unless an item is faulty.
